Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury rung in the New Year in style while also making a new celebrity BFF.
The Love Island pair, both 24, had a lot to celebrate in 2023 and went all out for one last vacation to the Maldives, accompanied by daughter Bambi.
The mother-of-one took to Instagram to provide a peek of their lavish holiday, saying that they had toasted the coming of 2024 with none other than David Walliams.
Just like you.
Molly-Mae graciously shared a black-and-white video of Tommy dancing with the former Britain’s Got Talent judge as proof of their new relationship.
‘Maybe the most unexpected duo of 2023 just before it ends,’ she wrote beside the brief clip.
Although the trio is having a good time in the Maldives, Molly-Mae said that it hasn’t been as luxurious as we might think, as it has ‘rained every single day torrentially’ since they arrived.
The reality star couldn’t help but reflect on their busy year together after uploading a hazy snapshot with her groom-to-be, as they welcomed their first child, Bambi, and also revealed their engagement.
Posting a photo of little Bambi, she continued: ‘Lucky number 23… We were both 23 when we had you. Born on the 23rd. In 2023. Engaged on the 23rd.
‘Thank you 2023 for giving me the most special gift of all.’
The 11-month-old accompanied the lovebirds on their journey after they opted to spend the time together as a pair.
Molly-Mae revealed their plans in a special YouTube video, noting that they were concerned about leaving their child in the UK.
‘I feel so many mixed emotions about it because I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was feeling apprehensive about taking Bambi to The Maldives,’ she told viewers.
‘To be completely honest and 100% real with you, originally it was meant to be just Tommy and me going for a romantic holiday and our present to each other for Christmas.
‘As it got closer and the holiday came around, we were both saying we didn’t feel comfortable with the idea of spending New Year’s away from Bambi. That was breaking both of our hearts.’
Molly-Mae admitted that she hadn’t spent ‘any proper time’ with Tommy in a year, except from a few date nights, but they decided to acquire a last-minute ticket for tiny Bambi.
She added: ‘It didn’t feel right. I felt really upset about the idea of leaving her.’
We never expected to be so envious of a baby’s New Year’s Eve plans.
