Following his recent Strictly Come Dancing performance, Bobby Brazier has taken up a popular method of relaxation.
On the evening, the EastEnders star, 20, and professional partner Dianne Buswell received a 30 out of 40 for their tango to Fashion by David Bowie, and they looked stunning in their red outfits.
Prior to Saturday, the couple had a winning run, but their most recent routine got mixed reactions from the judges.
Following the duo’s practically sad performance, followers turned to social media to express their concerns over both parties’ apparent dismal moods.
One penned: ‘They both looked really sad tonight and neither have posted training footage on IG this week. I hope they’re both ok.’
Determined to put the criticism behind him, model Bobby revealed he’s taken up ‘meditation’ to help de-stress.
He told The Mirror: ‘There’s always an opportunity to chant. Even on the train and going to work in the car.
‘No one is ever too busy to meditate ever. It is an opportunity to purify consciousness’.
The Freddie Slater actor was clearly in a good mood as he videotaped himself dancing and singing at the top of his lungs.
‘Sometimes before a day of dancing you just need to dance,’ he captioned the clip.
Bobby’s professional partner also appeared to be moving on from Saturday, as she had a hearty roast dinner with boyfriend and former Strictly contestant Joe Sugg.
Showing off her heaving plate, Joe snapped a photo of a smiling Dianne and added a jokey caption that read: ‘These are the best roast potatoes I’ve ever eaten in my life, Joe you are the best roaster of the potato the world’s ever seen, I love you so much more than I even did before!’
Re-sharing the moment on her own Instagram account, the red-haired dancer confirmed: ‘It’s true, best roasted potatoes I have ever had.’
While digesting their feedback, Dianne’s partner also appeared emotional and answered Claudia’s probes into how he was feeling with a simple, ‘Just emotional. It’s been so so emotional all week’.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.35pm on BBC One.
